The healing ministry of the church inspired by the healing power of JESUS CHRIST, of course has influenced H E Rt. Dr. Francis Kallarakal, Bishop of Kottappuram, to dream about a health care centre which can provide medical care to the poor and needy of nearby places especially those who belong to the working class like Fishermen, Masons, Carpenters and Daily Labourers.
