Samyog Wellness "Team Yogaholics" is a group of youngsters dedicated for spreading the benefits of Yoga in our modern Society.

The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit root yuj,
which means "to join" or "to yoke". Yoga is a practical aid, not a religion.Yoga is an ancient art based on harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind. In the practice of Yoga the ultimate aim is one of
self-development and self-realization. Think of this practice as being the means and tools to realign and rebalance your vehicle (body) on a regular basis. You take control and you can then become your body mechanic instead of having to pay someone else to do it (medical professionals). Because your body is finely tuned you will find that your chances for injuries and illnesses will drop as you are in a much more attuned state. The amazing thing about Yoga is that its positive effects on the health and mind are visible over time. Another speciality about Yoga is its wide choice of asanas. Depending upon the stamina and overall health, you can choose from the mild pranayams, asanas to high intensity asanas. It is a medication without the actual use of medicines. Moreover, no visible side effects are associated with the practice of Yoga on a regular basis. All you need to know is the most appropriate exercises meant for the structure of your body, while choosing the asanas of the activity. In addition, you need to know the right way of performing the asanas, because any wrong attempt can cause sprains and injuries. "Team Yogaholics" is a group of youngsters dedicated for spreading the benefits of Yoga in our modern society. In this modern world our environment is fighting for survival and we human suffer from more and more physical and psychological stress. We cannot always control them but can learn how to face them and to this end Yoga is as good invention it has ever been. Aim of Yoga is the attainment of physical, mental and spiritual well being. It is the most rapidly growing health movement, despite it was developed thousands of years ago. Age, religion, caste and s*x is no bar with breathing and meditation techniques. "Team yogaholics" conduct Yoga Sessions at North Paravur for the last 2 years. The instructors in this team are well trained and certified trainers from SVYASA University Bangalore and are keen to gain further knowledge in Yoga. We are conducting Yoga Awareness classes, Yoga Asana Sessions, Outdoor Yoga Sessions, Special Yoga Sessions for aged people, Yoga Sessions for students, Yoga training for Sports persons and Corporate Yoga Sessions. The only requirement for a participant for the above mentioned sessions is a Yoga mat.
