TRANSFORMATION CASE STUDY 🚀
When this client came to me, his condition was far from ideal:
• Platelet count only 80,000 🩸
• Liver dysfunction 🫀
• History of oral steroid misuse (oral testosterone) 😔
• Low testosterone levels
• And one goal in mind: “I just want to bulk up like a normal gym guy.”
What followed was not a straight road — it was full of ups and downs, strict health recovery protocols, and smart phase structuring.

🔹 Phase 1 – Extreme Gaining (5 Months)
I know some people will judge — “Why increase body fat during a transformation?” Simple: when he came to me, the only word in his head was BULKING. Our first step was to give him size and rebuild his foundation.
🔹 Phase 2 – Muscle Hardness (3 Months)
The hardest part. Poor training history and wrong exercise selection meant his muscles were underdeveloped. You can’t harden what you haven’t built. So we focused entirely on muscle development and density.
🔹 Phase 3 – Abs & Cutting
Now the ambition shifted — he wanted to look like a bodybuilder and get abs. Goal changed → focus moved to body symmetry, fat loss, and definition.
🔹 Phase 4 – Reborn Lean Gaining
By now, he understood the truth — gaining fat with muscle is just wasted time. Our final phase was lean, clean muscle gain while holding the condition we achieved.
