Breakfast snack.

For those who are not particularly hungry around 8am, and have morning meal more out of habit, this is a good option.

Breakfast "snack" can be had around 8-9am, with earlier lunch around 11am or so. (Diabetic meds can be had with early lunch. Please check with your physician first, before making changes to diet and medicine timings).

Below- tea, half fruit, handful of assorted nuts (cashew, pistachio, almonds, walnuts)
