FB35. Infertility due to ‘Bilateral Fimbrial block’ Cured by
A lady aged 34, teacher by profession came to me for her secondary treatment on 20/10/2015. She previously has delivered a male child on 25th June 2007. After 2 years they planned to have another issue but unable to achieve clinical pregnancy for six years despite normal conjugal life. Her husband’s s***m studies were normal, so she had to consult many obstetricians and they advised to have Hysterosalpingography which she did and the report was- Bilateral Fimbrial block. So the obstetrician explained to them, it is impossible to get pregnant as there was tubal blockage on both side. Blocked fallopian tubes are very common cause of female infertility and one of the scariest diagnoses to be told of, for a couple, when confronted with a difficulty in conceiving.
She came to me for homeopathic help on 20th Oct 2015 as some of her colleague advised her to contact me. She was under my treatment for one and half years and gradually feeling better in all respect but was not conceived so she asked me, how long she has to continue medicine? That day I asked her to continue the treatment for some more months and advised her another HSG, but before underwent that test she missed her period on 20th April 2017 (her LMP was 20th March 2017) so she get her urine tested for pregnancy on 1st week of May 2017 which showed positive result. And lastly she gave birth to a female baby on 26/12/2017.
can cure such blockage by constitutional treatment, and only correct homeopathic medicine could give positive result. Therefore every infertility cases require homeopathic management for at least two years, if the response is positive then no need for surgical intervention.
Her selected medicine was pulsatilla which was given in long interval. In some occasion I had to give phosphorus, natrum mur and sulphur but the main medicine was pulsatilla which cured her. Now both the mother and the baby are running fine.

FB33. A case of Infertility cured by
2503/ Juhina Khatun aged 23, came to our clinic on 6th Oct 2015, with her mother and husband for her treatment of infertility. She had been married for 5 years but unable to achieve clinical pregnancy despite normal conjugal life. Her reports were normal except oligomenorrhoea. Menstruation was late, scanty, painful, and lasting for 3 to 4 days. She has been suffering from headache followed by fever once in a month since last 6 months aggravated at night.

The other symptoms which help us to select medicine were as follows: she has profuse sweat; she likes eggs, and cold foods. She has very little or no thirst. Fear of dark and ghost was very prominent. So I prescribed pulsatilla 30/6 followed by Nihilinum for a month.

On 2nd Nov 2015, she reported some improvement. She started menstruating on regular interval after that medicine. I have to repeat that medicine according to homeopathic principle and after three months of treatment she missed her menstruation on January 2016 and had her urine tested for pregnancy which showed positive result.

She has no problem and contacted twice during her pregnancy. And lastly she give birth a male child on 7th Oct 2016. Now both the mother and the baby are running fine.

FEMALE INFERTILITY CURED BY HOMEOPATHY
00825 Fatema Khatun 34, came to my clinic with her husband on 11th December 2010 for her treatment especially of her infertility. She has been married for 13 yrs but unable to conceive despite unprotected s*x so they tried various treatments during that period but couldn’t get any result. Once she became pregnant but unfortunately she had miscarriage at her second month. Her ultrasound on 1st March 2009 showed ‘uterine fibroid with incomplete abortion’ for which she underwent operation on November 2009. Her histopathology report on 3rd November 2009 shows: Uterine Leiomyoma. She has been diabetic since her young age and her blood sugar level has been very high so she has to take insulin on regular basis. At last they decided to get homeopathic treatment and came to me on the above date.
She had knee pain, headache, and constipation. She had a feeling she might be infected by some dreaded diseases, she had fear of cancer. She was nervous/ worried that something bad was going to happen to her health. She felt alone. She liked salt fish and cold food. She wouldn’t like to bath regularly. She was a chilly patient and she had pain all over her body. She used to lose in thought and unaware of her surroundings and having or showing a lack of attention and it was especially during her menstruation. And above all she had great sadness as she couldn’t conceive/ give birth to a baby.
I took the following rubrics for repertorisation: Anxiety, health about her own; fear of cancer; fear of impending diseases and delusion always alone, she is; these four rubrics indicate only one medicine i.e carcinocin in Synthesis repertory.
11th Dec 2010; I prescribed carcinocin 200/ 6 doses and Nihilinum for 14 days. Her knee pain headache and body ache started improving i.e she felt better in every way after carcinocin except blood sugar level for which she was on insulin. On April 2011 she felt some recurrence so I again repertorised the case with the more prominent symptoms she experienced. Those symptoms were as follows: anxiety health about her own; fear of impending diseases; fear of cancer; and absent-minded during menstruation indicated only calcaria carb in synthesis repertory.
26th April 2011; I prescribed calcaria carb 200/6 doses and sac lactis for 14 days. Since then most of the time the patient was on sac lactis and sometimes repeated calcaria carb in long interval till October 2012.
Patient came to me on 17th Dec 2012 and reported that she stopped menstruating and her last period was on 4th November 2012. Her pregnancy test was positive. On 17th December 2012, I gave her agaricus m 200/ 6 doses depending on the symptom; she took every minor health problem seriously even though it was of little importance, she thought she has cancer or some dreaded diseases when she felt pain in abdomen. Synthesis repertory listed only one medicine under the rubric ‘delusion small hole appears like a frightful chasm’ or ‘delusion spoonful of water seems a lake’.
Time to time she came to me during her pregnancy but once I repeated calc carb and rest of the prescription was sac lactis/placebo. From her 3rd month of pregnancy I asked her to visit an obstetrician and she was under his care and given birth a female baby by caesarian section on 9th August 2013. Now the baby is 2 years old and she has been running fine.
