*Our Responsibilities As Civilians When India Is On High Alert*

For the next six months at least India is under threat of retaliation by our enemies. Here are some ways to behave as a responsible citizen during this time of national emergency.

1. What's done is done. Forwarding jokes is fine but the situation is grim. So let's come back to senses and ask ourselves, "What is my responsibility in a crisis". Understand that *this is an hour of national high alert in India.* STOP and THINK for a moment.

2. "Loose lips, sink ships". *Your facebook, Whatsapp & Instagram messages could go to our enemies within minutes.* if you have friends in defence, DO NOT share their messages to civilian groups. Just be silent for a few months on security matters. Your brilliant insights may be just what the enemy needs to understand the Indian psyche.

4. *Do not photograph or take videos of anything related to local or national security. No selfies with tanks or jawans*. The enemy is monitoring social media activity, city by city and tracking our forces.

5. *Do not take pictures in airports, railway stations, government facilities, etc. or circulate them*.

6. *Do not forward any sensitive videos and if anyone sends it in a group, caution the sender and insist on the admin removing it immediately.*

7. *Be on high alert personally, in public spaces* and in case of any security threat, alert local authorities immediately ( suspicious packages, panicked drivers near sensitive facilities, etc.) Become the eyes and ears of India's security forces.

8. *If you have a flight/train to catch, arrive early* and help make the security checks smooth. Don't throw tantrums and become a headache for the CRPF/security teams there. Instead greet them with a Jai Hind or Thank you, and receive a broad smile.

9. *Prepare yourself to be useful to the country in its time of need.* What can you offer: Learn first aid. Or traffic management. Or volunteer somewhere. Become useful in real life.

10. *Sensitize others* - family, children, youth, drivers, maids, friends, - that this is a time of national emergency. Make them feel their responsibility.

చార్ ధామ్ యాత్రలో ఎన్ని ఇబ్బందులు ఉంటాయో! వెళ్లినవారికి ఇప్పటికే అర్థమై ఉంటుంది.
కొండలు, గుట్టలు, రాళ్లతో నిండి యాత్ర చాలా కష్టంగా ఉంటుంది. అలాంటి ఈచార్ ధామ్ కోసం రైల్వె ట్రాక్ వేస్తున్నారు. అంతేకాదు అరుణాచల్ ప్రదేశ్ చుట్టూ రహదారులు వేసి చైనా కి ముకుతాడు కడుతున్నారు. ఇక్కడ ఎంత ప్రమాదం అంటే చైనా వారు మాటిమాటికి మనమీదికి దూకకుండా సెక్యూరిటీ స్టేషన్స్ కూడా ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నారు.
అంతేకాదు కైలాస, మానస సరోవరం యాత్రకోసం పొద్దకా పేచీ పెట్టె చైనాకు బుద్ది చెప్పేందుకు నేపాల్ నుండి మార్గం వేస్తున్నారు.
మరొక విషయం ఏమిటంటే ఒక ప్రాంతంలో దాదాపు 1500 గుహలు త్రవ్వుతూ ఓ మార్గాన్ని వేస్తున్నారు. ఇంతవరకు చేయని ఎన్నో మరెన్నో పనులు హిందులకు హిందువుల కోసం ప్రస్తుత ప్రభుత్వం చకచకా చేస్తుంది. ఈమధ్యకాలంలో సెక్యూరిటీ బాగా టైట్ చేసి ఉగ్రవాదులను నిలువరించింది. దూకుడుగా ఉన్న చైనా కి దూకకుండానే నిలువరించింది. మనకి తెలియకుండ మన రక్షణ కోసం, మన ఆధ్యాత్మిక పురోగతి కోసం ఎన్నెన్నో చేస్తుంది. కానీ వాటిని ప్రచారం చేయడం కోసం ఈ ప్రభుత్వం వ్యూహరచన చేయడంలేదు. కొందరు నాయకులు ముఠాలు కట్టి బయటికి రానివ్వడం లేదు...

1. ఆటోల్లో పరిమితికి మించి ( రవాణాశాఖ లెక్క ప్రకారం కాకుండా) ప్రయాణం చేసే సమయంలో ఏదేని ప్రమాదం జరిగితే అందులో ప్రయాణిస్తున్న ఏ ఒక్కరికి ప్రమాధభీమా వర్తించదు , అదేవిధంగా ప్రభత్వ పధకాలు ఏవీ వర్తించవు. అలాగే ప్రమాదం పాలైన వారికి ఏ విధమైన పరిహారం వర్తించదు.

2. ద్విచక్ర వాహనాల విషయంలో కూడా ఇవే నిబంధనలు వర్తిస్తాయి.

3. హెల్మెంట్ లేకుండా వున్న సమయంలో ప్రమాదం జరిగితే ప్రమాధభీమా వర్తించదు.

4. తప్పు మార్గంలో ప్రయాణిస్తూ , ప్రమాదం పాలైతే తప్పు మార్గంలో వస్తున్న వాహనం కానీ, వ్యక్తి కి కానీ ఏ విధమైన భీమా వర్తించదు. అదే విధంగా సక్రమమైన మార్గంలో వచ్చే వ్యక్తి పై ఎటువంటి కేసులు ఉండవు.

5.మద్యం సేవించి వాహనాలు నడిపే వారికి కూడా ప్రమాదం జరిగితే వారికి ఏ విధమైన భీమా వర్తించదు.

6. రాంగ్ రూట్లలో వచ్చే వారి వల్ల ఇతరులకి ప్రమాదం జరిగితే ఆ ప్రమాదం చేసిన వ్యకి పేరుతో ఉన్న ఆస్తిలో 20 లక్షల రూపాయల ప్రమాదంలో గాయపడిన లేదా మరణించిన వ్యకికి పరిహారం ఇవ్వాలి .ఇవ్వలేని పరిస్థితి ఉంటే 14 సంవత్సరాల కఠిన కారాగార శిక్ష విధిస్తారు.
అదే విధంగా వారి రక్తసంబంధీకుల డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్ 7 సంవత్సరాల రద్దు చేస్తారు.

7. ఫోన్ మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రమాదం చేస్తే కూడా ఇదే శిక్ష వర్తిస్తుంది.

8. వీరి తరపున ఎవరైనా పైరవీలు చేసినచో వారి డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్ 5 సంవత్సరం లు రద్దు చేస్తారు.

9.ఈ విషయాలలో కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోని అధికారుల విధుల నుంచి 3 సంవత్సరం లు తొలగిస్తారు , ఈ సమయంలో వారికి ఏ విధమైన ప్రభత్వ పరమైన సహాయం అందదు.

10.అతివేగంగా వెళ్లే వారికి కూడా పైన పేర్కొన్న విధంగా శిక్షలు వర్తిస్తాయి.

11. కారు ప్రయాణంలో సీట్ల బెల్ట్స్ పెట్టుకోకుండా వున్నా కూడా ప్రమాదం జరిగితే ఏ విధమైన భీమా వర్తించదు

Yes it's true. After Gandhi death, masscare of Bahmins happened. The extent of the masscare was biggest in Pune. Homes of Brahmins were burnt in Pune, Satara, Sangli and Kolhapur. Extent of the situation was intense in Western Maharashtra. Situation was so bad that it was creating question on existance of Brahmins in Western Maharashtra.

After that masscare a new era on Anti-Brahmin politics started and which is continuing till date. Brahmins were thrown out of villages, today situation in some talukas is like people don't get Brahmins for the last rights too. Brahmins started being hated by other communities.

After that there has been two Brahmin CMs. First was Manohar Joshi, whose remote control was in hands of Balasaheb. He was just for the sake of name. But, due to Balasaheb's goodwill he could rule 3 years.The second one is current CM Devendra Fadanvis who is well known for the revolutionary things like Jalayukta Shivar, Mumbai - Nagpur Expressway etc. We can see a lot of abusing words against Brahmin Community and CM on Maratha Morcha‘s page. Also there are warnings to masscare Brahmins again.

Today Brahmins neither have social security neither they have protection from laws like Atrocity. They are easy to target, easy to abuse. Their girls are maximum sufferers of love jihad.

Whoever Governments came into power whether it may be Congress or BJP, they consider speaking for Brahmins as oppression. They never speak against the injustice happening with Brahmins. BJP has always been taking such benefits of Brahmin votes in recent years and previously Congress too. A Brahmin teacher supported to Dr Ambedkar to take education but this is forgotten while criticising, Shivaji Maharaj was known as Go-Brahmin- Pratipalak meaning the one who protects Cow and Brahmins but today all are hating Brahmins by presenting some myths.

There have been some Brahmins in the History who were liable to hate and so were some people from other castes too. But does that mean whole community is guilty? If so, some ministers also abused people using statements like "Should I p*e in Dam to fill the water? " then will that entire community be held responsible for that thing? No.

What Brahmins will face in future that God knows. But,one thing is sure, till Brahmins don't get united not at the state but on National Level, they will be kept getting targeted.
