Herniated discs can be treated very well with a holistic approach nonsurgically. Though this is a purely physical condition, treating it holistically gives better and long lasting results. Through the evaluation, we try to assess the patient's posture and habits. Treatments to correct the damage to the tissues and to enable the repositioning of the disc are done. This is followed by treatments to strengthen the muscles and the tissues through Physiotherapy, Manual therapy, Chiropractics, Acupuncture. Simple changes in posture, reassessing your habits, and right movements. Holistic approach is to treat the causes rather than the symptoms of a disease or a dysfunction. Conventional medicine often do not apply to the complex situation of whole human beings. Underlying causes of illness often exist on many levels.
