Hi Dear
Updates of the second half of 2024. We had a fantastic season back here with a lot of yoga and wellness enthusiasts from all over the world. The season started very well in spite of the rainy season , had full house inmates all the time with full of activities along with yoga, healthy food, ayurveda therapies hiking etc. it was lot fun, memories and laugh with many repeated and new Guests.

We successfully hosted yoga groups from Italy and Latvia.

Dear one's highlights of the season October 2023 to April 2024. We had a fantastic season back here with many yoga and wellness enthusiasts from all over the world. The season began very well, we had full house inmates all the time with full of activities along with yoga, healthy food, ayurveda and naturopathy therapies hiking etc. it was a lot of fun, memories and laughter with many old and new guests.

we also celebrated Naturopathy Day on 18th november, making the public aware about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and food. The highlight of this season is we also hosted a group of 10 participants from Slovakia.

We opened our new kitchen and dining facilities where one can enjoy the views of pond and migratory birds while having satvik food. Buddha statue installed in front of the yoga deck which spreads the fragrance of calmness and bliss in the atmosphere.

Updates of Mansoon season 2023, Goa being part of western ghats receives heavey rains, during this period time we get many yoga enthusiasts who love to do yoga, eat healthy food, pampring the body with ayurvedic therapies while enjoying the incessant rains from the balcony, it's soothing to eyes to watch the green surrounding. As the years pass we can witness climatic change as this year heavy rains for 45 days continuously and remaining days it was more dry

We also celebrated international yoga day on 21st June.
Our routine programs such talks on different subject, yoga on beach, visit to spice plantation made memorable holidays to our guest's.
Let's spread yoga, healthy living, and positive atmosphere to one all. Love All Serve All.

Today is Vyasapurnima day. Vyasa was a great rishi. He is described as an incarnation of Lord Narayana. He set down in writing the Vedas which previously were known only in the form of sound. He was the great-grandson of Arundhati (the wife of Vasishta). He codified the Vedas. Vyasa was the great teacher who gave many profound and sacred truths to mankind… He glorified the Divinity that is equally present in all human beings and propagated this truth to the world. After writing the 18 puranas, he summed up their message in one line: “Paropakaarah punyaaya; paapaaya parapeedanam”. (Helping others is meritorious; harming others is sinful). “Help ever; hurt never.”

Hence his birthday is celebrated as Gurupurnima (the Full moon day dedicated to the preceptor). As he was born on the full moon day in the month of Ashada, this day is celebrated as Vyasapurnima.

Guru is one who dispels the darkness of ignorance.

Hi Dear one's highlights 1st quarter of the 2023. we had a fantastic and great season back here with a lot of yoga and wellness enthusiasts from all over the world.
Post Covid this is the first full season without any travel restrictions so it was completely packed, we had full house inmates all the the time with full of activities along with yoga, healthy food, ayurveda therapies hiking etc. it was lot fun, memories and laugh with many old and new Guest's.
we also celebrated the Shivratri and Holi festival with inmates with lots of fervour.
Celebrated Birthday of Pascale.

Now we have introduced a full time vehicle for beach transportation.

The spiritual significance of Holi is the triumph of good over evil. It is also the festive day to end and rid oneself of past errors, to end conflicts and is a day to forget and forgive.

Holi is a popular ancient Hindu festival, also known as the "Festival of Colours" and the "Festival of Spring". The festival celebrates the eternal and divine love of Radha Krishna. It celebrates the victory of Vishnu as Narasimha Narayana over Hiranyakashipu. It originated and is predominantly celebrated in the South Asis.

Hi Dear one's highlights of last quarter of 2022. Even though the year started slowly, as the days went things started getting better as it reaches to the end we had the highest ever occupancy at Lotus Nature Cure.

New tourism season started after Dussehra one could feel the positive vibes, along with many new Health seekers, we received our long-term guests Tineke, Madelon and Pinelope who visited 7th time in last 5 yrs. As a new sign we also received many Indians especially NRI's.

The whole team at Lotus Nature Cure was excited to spread the awareness of healthy living with yoga, ayurveda and Satvik food.

We ended the new year with new hope's, new plans, long lasting beautiful memories

Monsoon vibes at Lotus Nature Cure, we feel blessed in Goa, especially during monsoons full of greenery, light drizzling, and paddy fields. After two long lull years, tourists started trickling back. we had a good number of yoga seekers from different countries and witnessed many came for long stay to experience ayurveda treatment programs, along with regular yoga and satvik meals enjoyed a few treks in rain, visit to Savari waterfalls in Netrurlem wild life santury. , , , , ,
