Hai I am Dr Ebin Roshan Paul MBBS, DNB (Paed), PDF (Genetics). I am basically a Consultant Paediatrician but also doing Clinical Genetics at Seventh Day Adventist Hospital, Ottapalam, Palakad Kerala.

I have a deep interest in genetic cases and completed my Post Doctoral Fellowship in Paediatric Genetics (PDF) from IGICH (Bangalore) and training from Center for Human Genetics (Bangalore). Now i have completed 6+ years in General Paediatrics and 3+ years in Clinical Genetics. We evaluated about 200+ suspected Genetic cases till now and all of them are on our regular follow up.

As we all know the fact that Genetic tests are very expensive and most of our families can't afford it and no private/government insurance policies will cover the cost. So here all our testings are done directly with main Genetic labs like Medgenome Lab/Lifecell/Neuberg- without any doctor, hospital, lab commissions, so that all our patients will be getting maximum benefits at retail price. (about 3 times less)

NB: This platform will be open 24*7 online and Seventh Day Hospital, Ottapalam OPD timing will be between 9.30 am- 4.30 pm from Monday-Friday.
11.00 am - 4.30 pm on all Sundays.
Saturdays will be off as per our Hospital policy.

This online platform is entirely free for the public and is maintained and owned by Dr Ebin Roshan Paul. He is a Consultant Paediatrician and Clinical Geneticist working in Ottapalam area, Palakad district. Those clinical cases needing offline (direct) consultation and evaluation will be done at PK Das Institute of Medical Sciences (PKDIMS), Vaniyamkulam, Ottapalam where he is currently working as Assistant Professor and Clinical Geneticist in Department of Paediatrics.

Dr Ebin Roshan Paul completed his MBBS from Dr Somervell Memorial Medical college, Karakonam and DNB in Paediatrics from KIMS hospital, Trivandrum. He also completed his Fellowship in Paediatric Genetics from Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health (IGICH), Bangalore.

SMA is a rare Genetic disease seen in our population. Now one time gene therapy "Zolgensma" by Novartis is available for this rare condition worldwide. This drug has to imported from USA and should be administrated within 2 years of age. Gowri is diagnosed with SMA gene testing. Her SMN 1 gene both copies are absent. Total cost of the drug is 16 crore and only a narrow time gap of 1 month left, because she is now 1 year 11 month of age. We need crowd funding and public support otherwise they can never raise this much of amount alone and gowri will not get gene therapy. Without this medicine she will never sit or walk in her life. This is a one time cure for her.
