Dr. P. K. Sudarsan Nair, MD (Ay.) Dr. P. K. Sudarsan Nair, MD (Ay.) is retired Asst. Director in-charge of National Research Institute for Panchakarma, Cheruthuruthy, Kerala, under the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Science (CCRAS), Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. He has done Graduation and Post Graduation in Kayachikitsa (Panchakarma) from the prestigious Government Ayurveda College,Thiruvananthapuram, and has rich experience of over 34 years with CCRAS in clinical research and practice in Ayurveda, particularly in Panchakarma. He has developed specialized treatment modalities for various Neurological, Neuromuscalar and Rheumatological problems incorporating Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy and Kerala specialities, which is a result of deep study, research and rich clinical experience of over 3 decades. The therapies devised by him are beneficial in various clinical conditions such as Hemiplegia, Paraplegia, Facial Palsy, Osteo Arthritis, Gouty Arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cervical & Lumbar Spondylosis, Intervertebral Disc Prolapse, Scoliosis of Spine, Avascular Necrosis of Hip and Shoulder and Sciatica. He has also developed Ayurvedic treatment protocol for acquired diseases such as Psoriasis, Eczema, Allergic Disorders, Bronchial Asthma, Obesity, Diabetis mellitus and Pediatric Problems like Cerebral Palsy, Child Autism, etc. Current Positions:
