Cutaneous horn can be treated...

A cutaneous horn, also known as cornu cutaneum, is a rare, hard, and curved skin growth that resembles an animal horn. It's a conical projection of compacted keratin that can appear as a spike, cone, horn, or large bump. Cutaneous horns are usually brownish-yellow and can be benign, precancerous, or cancerous. They're more common in older adults and often appear on sun-exposed areas of the body, though they can also occur in protected areas.

Hypertrichosis is an abnormal amount of hair growth over the body.
