We have started our journey on 5 th October,2020 amid COVID-19 pandemic.

EUS(Endoscopic ultrasound)
25 year male with history of acute pancreatitis (alcohol related) presented with pseudocyst formation which compresses stomach and having persistent vomiting, abdominal pain and weight loss,patient could not tolerate even liquid orally.

CECT ABDOMEN showed large cyst compressing stomach.

Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) guided CYSTOGASTROSTOMY was done with LAMS (lumen apposing metal stent) placement .

Patient drastically improved and taking normal diet.
This procedure was done first time in North Gujarat and South Rajasthan 🙏
