1️⃣ Weak Core Muscles – Your spine relies on strong core & back muscles for stability. If they’re weak, pain returns easily.
2️⃣ Poor Posture Habits – Slouching or long hours in one position strain the spine daily.
3️⃣ Incomplete Rehab – Stopping therapy when pain reduces means the root cause isn’t fixed.
