Thanks to Work From Home and endless online classes, chronic back pain is no longer an old age problem. It’s becoming the new normal for the younger generation.

⚠️ The Scary Trap: It starts as a small ache, becomes chronic, and suddenly you are staring at an MRI report that says Disc Disease and a doctor recommending Surgery.
