2nd caeserian delivery done ..Pt getting hug and courageous words from family is soo important before any operation as it boost up thier confidence though we r always there for them..We try to avoid relations who r more anxious and apprehensive, as pt starts getting palpitations ..However small or big operation may be Positivity before entering theatre is must ...

Pt on infertility treatment, but unfortunately landed up with ruptured ectopic pregnancy at opd ..Immediately blood arranged and Laproscopic salpingectomy done ..Very meticulously handled by our team of doctors .Also cooperation from pt and her family was appreciable ...Pt recovered well now .Hope she gets pregnant and delivers a cute baby here soon .
