Yoga teaches us pratyahara. One of the limb of Ashtanga yoga, where the senses are brought under control. The mind becomes pure when all the desires and fears are annihilated. This also helps one to know and experience the true inner self. Thus, the pratyahara becomes the bridge between the limbs of the external and internal focus comprising the Ashtanga Yoga. Once pratyahar is established, it allows the mind to become peaceful.

How yoga helps in daily activities ??

My body has become flexible and strong with the help of yoga. It keeps my body active to do my daily jobs. As video shows, I can practise all the work easily as my hip flexors are open no enough.

Video 1 shows low lunge motion which increases my range of motion to grab the things.

Video 2 shows butterfly pose, a hip opening Asan.

Video 3 shows Malasan that keeps pelvic floor
healthy, lower back and knees fit, corrects posture 👍🏼

Practise yoga and include such movements in daily practice to boost the health.

Contraindications:-

Knee pain , Ankle pain or any kind of injury need to practise with modifications or under guidance of yoga trainer.
