The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts & we should train our mind to be happy in all the situations.
Do you know Finland has topped "The happiness quotient" in World happiness report 2025 and India ranks 126th in this. We definitely need to change our thought process.
So smile, breathe and be happy. This will not only help in improving our mental well-being but also improving the overall immunity , better sleep, improved mood , better communication & stronger relationships.
Simple acts like expressing gratitude, spreading kindness, volunteering and engaging in meaningful conversations & least expectations from others can help people to be happy & satisfied.
