-Caries driven access with 36
-Manual Glide path with : 8,10,15 k files
- Biomechanical Preaperation :
MB , MM, ML : 25.4 %
DB , DL : 25 6%
-After preaperation of main canals the isthmus area between MB & ML troughed with the help of ultrasonics to get Mid mesial canal . Mid mesial canal have confluence with MB canal .
-Irrigation & Activation : 5.25 % NAOCL & Liq. EDTA
-Sealer used : Sealapex
-Obturation : CLC with warm compaction
-POR : Silver Amalgum
Prosthesis :Prefabricated SS Crown .
