5. All Commercially available Sweets
6. Frozen or Processed Meat
7. Branded Seeds and Flower oils

B. Include these items in food to boost your immunity
1. Citrous Fruits
2. Garlic
3. Ginger
4. Yogurt
5. Green leafy vegetables
6. Turmeric
7. Blueberries and Strawberries

C. Do this with your food
1. Limit use of saturated and trans fats
2. Cooking at low temperature
3. Use Natural Spices to boost taste
4. Choose Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
5. Wash Fruits and Vegetables with vinegar
