Today, the **Unit of SAGE WELLNESS – SAGE Naturopathy & Detox Clinic** and **Parasnath Speciality Ayurvedic Clinic, Sambhaji Nagar**, jointly celebrated **National Ayurveda Day** with full spirit and devotion.

🙏 We offered prayers to **Lord Dhanwantari**, performed **Dhanwantari Poojan**, and chanted the **Dhanwantari Mantra**. We remembered with gratitude the legendary Ayurvedic Vaidyas and authors of timeless classics like *Charak Samhita, Ashtang Hridaya,* and *Bhavprakash*.

In today’s social media-driven world, misleading beauty standards have created an unhealthy obsession with being “slim, toned, and fit.” This has led many young women and men to overconsume **synthetic protein shakes** in the hope of quick body transformation.

But here's the critical question:
❌ **Are these protein shakes truly healthy?**

The answer is alarming.

Most of the expensive protein powders available in the market contain **hidden sugars, artificial flavors, colors, gluten, corn starch, emulsifiers, and chemical preservatives**—posing serious long-term health risks.

' event "Greetings from India" from full member Indian Naturopathy & Yoga Graduates' Medical Association (INYGMA) gave a truly enlightening look at in India 🇮🇳

🟠 Yoga & Naturopathy Profession is recognized under Ministry of AYUSH - Yoga & Naturopathy, Government of India and regulated on a regional level in 25 states, however INYGMA is constantly working towards achieving Central Regulation of Yoga & Naturopathy system of Medicine in India.
🟠 India has a 4 1/2 years Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yoga Sciences (BNYS) program with one year of clinical internship. Thus making it a 5 1/2 year medical program .
