Just 5 days history of fever, suspicious Xray and CT showing obstructive lesion(2.2*0.8*1.8) in the RLL causing complete luminal occlusion with distal collapse ? carcinoid. After 5 days of IV antibiotics did rigid bronchoscopic snaring of tumour with minimal usage of EC and discharged on 7th day. HPE neuroendocrine with Ki67-4%,no DOTANOC avid lesion and no somatostatin expresssion.
