Happiness Guru’ Dhyanayogi Shiva has a scientific bent of mind. He undertook mystic practices of Hindu, Sufi and Buddhist traditions, without being entangled in the dogmatic views and rituals. His deeper realization of cosmic God consciousness happened during his mystic wandering in Himalaya. He experienced a series of powerful and profound awakening, which revealed to him the true nature of human

reality and existence. Realizing the liberating truth, he started living and sharing his wisdom.

‘Sooryakriya’, the educative tool of his creation, is universal in nature. It teaches the importance of integrating Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Conscious Breathing, Kundalini Awakening, Mandala Dances, Yantra & Ta**ra practices in ones lifestyle and a positive approach towards life. Humanity, peace, love, non-violence, unity, and awakening the divinity within are the central themes. Connecting with the universal life force energy is his core teaching. His message is profoundly simple: “If you self-realize your true nature, you can create harmony within. It does not require any religion, organization, teacher or cult. Shiva says “Focus your energy on the positive aspect of life and awaken the beauty of your heart.” He is also the founder of non-profit charitable organization Satchitananda Foundation.
