Looking for a super healthy and nutritious meal which can be prepared quickly in no time?

Well, this High Protein Multigrain Tortilla is going to take your tastebuds to the next level. It's not only yummy, but it's also super healthy! 🤤

Try this recipe out and let us know if you liked it! 😋

Ingredients:
250 g boneless chicken strips
3-4 nos baby corn, diced
5-6 garlic cloves, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 spring onion green
Half Avocado, ripe, sliced
5-6 chopped button mushrooms
1 whole egg or 2 egg whites
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp jerk sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp mixed herbs
Salt & pepper to taste
3 multigrain tortillas
1 tbsp of hung curd dip/ garlic aioli sauce (optional)

Method:

Saute the onion, chicken strips, ginger garlic paste and baby corn
Add in the mushrooms and toss
Add in Jerk sauce and other seasonings
Add spring onion and give it a stir
Break egg into the mix and scramble

On a separate tava heat the tortilla
Add sliced avocado along the length of the wrap
Add 1 tbsp of hung curd dip/ garlic aioli sauce (optional)
Add 3 tbsp of filling
Wrap into burrito style 🌯

Serve warm & Enjoy!🤩
