Ingredients:
250 g boneless chicken strips
3-4 nos baby corn, diced
5-6 garlic cloves, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 spring onion green
Half Avocado, ripe, sliced
5-6 chopped button mushrooms
1 whole egg or 2 egg whites
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp jerk sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp mixed herbs
Salt & pepper to taste
3 multigrain tortillas
1 tbsp of hung curd dip/ garlic aioli sauce (optional)
Method:
Saute the onion, chicken strips, ginger garlic paste and baby corn
Add in the mushrooms and toss
Add in Jerk sauce and other seasonings
Add spring onion and give it a stir
Break egg into the mix and scramble
On a separate tava heat the tortilla
Add sliced avocado along the length of the wrap
Add 1 tbsp of hung curd dip/ garlic aioli sauce (optional)
Add 3 tbsp of filling
Wrap into burrito style 🌯
