I was felicitated for my work in Deaddiction by Navi Mumbai police in the presence of Hom Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Hon Ganesh Naik, Hon Prashant Thakur and the well known John Abraham.
Nasha Mukt program by Navi Mumbai police is a wonderful initiative to remove drugs from the city and make the youth drug addiction free!

Mental health awareness for the elderly!
I had the opportunity to tie up with for a mental health awareness campaign called "Saarthak" where they conduct awareness seminars for the elderly.
I was grateful to conduct this for the senior citizens of Panvel.
We had 2 sessions, for the ladies and the gentlemen.
I was happy for the fact that many people had their doubts about psychiatrists, psychiatry medicines and mental illness which I was able to clear out.
This only shows that all age groups do care about their mental health, but are less aware.
Even if one person is aware, they can help 10 people!

Last week I was invited as a Speaker at Asha ki kiran foundation rehab centre at Vaje. I got a chance to speak to the rehab patients on the topic of Mental Health awareness.
It's astonishing to know the fact that so many are just so unaware about what is mental health and how to deal with it, and unknowingly they resort to drugs thinking this will fix everything.
With a view to enlighten them, we discussed various aspects of mental health hoping to create some awareness among them.
I will continue to spread awareness about mental health no matter what, why don't you also do so? 😃

This World Mental Health Day, I had the opportunity to be invited as a Guest Speaker by the prestigious IndusInd Bank. With more than 250 employees joining in, we had a very great discussion on Mental Health at the Workplace.
While interacting with the employees, I realised that many wish to seek help, but cannot find a way.
I hope I did my bit to aware people about their mental health.
This is a wonderful initiative by the company for their employees.
