A patient was advised surgery for Haematoma in spleen after mechanical injury as a sequelae road accident and came with severe cough and exteme pain and tenderness in opd.
Report showed marvelous improvements and patient is almost relieved of Haematoma after a month no surgical intervention is needed at present and pain was better with in two hours of medication at that time.
एक मरीज़ को सड़क दुर्घटना में यांत्रिक चोट लगने के बाद तिल्ली में हीमेटोमा के लिए सर्जरी की सलाह दी गई थी और वह ओपीडी में तेज़ खांसी और अत्यधिक दर्द के साथ आया था। रिपोर्ट में आश्चर्यजनक सुधार दिखाया गया और मरीज़ को हीमेटोमा से लगभग राहत मिल गई। एक महीने बाद की फॉलोअप रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, अब किसी सर्जरी की ज़रूरत नहीं है और निर्धारित दवा के दो घंटे बाद दर्द से राहत मिल गई।
