🌿🧘‍♀️ Yoga for Prevention of Obesity 🧘‍♂️🌅

At 6:00 AM today, the Department of Swasthavritta organized an energetic yoga session at the Yoga kendra of college under the guidance of Dr. Ankush Jagota, Senior Lecturer.

Participants practiced Parighasana (Gate Pose)
Parivritta Anjaneyasana (Revolved Lunge Pose)
and other dynamic stretches, focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance to prevent obesity and promote holistic wellness.

🧘‍♀️🌿 Yoga Session for Burnout Management 🌿🧘‍♂️

The PG Department of Swasthavritta organized a special Yoga Session at the Yoga Kendra of Rajiv Gandhi Govt. P.G. Ayurvedic College, Paprola under the expert guidance of Dr. Ankush Jagota at 6 A.M.✨

The session focused on addressing burnout – the modern-day challenge of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion due to prolonged stress.

🌸 Participants practiced:
✅ Asanas to release tension & restore energy
✅ Pranayama & Meditation for inner calm
✅ Ayurvedic Rasayana insights to rejuvenate body & mind
