📚 A Seminar Presentation was delivered by Dr. Anika, M.D., 3rd Semester PG Scholar, on “Observational Insights on Procedures for Anxiety Management in the Department.” The presentation highlighted practical observations on therapeutic procedures and patient responses in clinical practice.
🍽️ This was followed by a Pathya Presentation by Dr. Anusha Sharma, M.D., 3rd Semester PG Scholar, where “Rajpayas” was prepared and presented. Prepared using Shyamaka (barnyard millet), Rajpayas is a nourishing Pathya formulation known for its light digestibility, energy-providing nature, and suitability in maintaining strength and balance when included appropriately in diet.

📚 A Seminar Presentation was delivered by Dr. Shikha, M.D., 3rd Year PG Scholar, on “Preparation of a Subject for Counselling.” The session focused on essential principles of effective counselling, including patient readiness, communication skills, and creating a supportive therapeutic environment.
🍽️ This was followed by a Pathya Presentation by Dr. Himani, M.D., 3rd Year PG Scholar, where Paalank Ghritpurak was prepared and presented. This classical Pathya formulation is known for its nourishing and strength-promoting qualities, supports Rakta dhatu, and is beneficial in enhancing vitality and overall well-being when included appropriately in diet.

🩺 This was followed by a Case Presentation by Dr. Nitish, M.D., 3rd Year PG Scholar, on “Pittaja Ashmari.” The case discussion included clinical presentation, diagnostic assessment, Ayurvedic management, dietary regulations, and lifestyle modifications, demonstrating a comprehensive therapeutic approach.

✨ Introduction to Jala Neti for New BAMS Students – Swasthavritta Orientation 2025 ✨

The Department of Swasthavritta & Yoga, Rajiv Gandhi Government Post Graduate Ayurvedic College & Hospital Paprola, proudly introduced the new BAMS batch to one of the most important Yogic Shatkarmas — Jala Neti.

🌿 What happened today?
✔️ The concept and benefits of Jala Neti were explained in a simple, scientific and Ayurvedic manner.
✔️ Students learned the step-by-step technique theoretically by faculty Dr. Ankush Jagota , Assistant Professor ,Dept. Of Swasthavritta.
✔️ A live practical demonstration was given.
✔️ Many students confidently performed the procedure under supervision — taking their first step into the world of preventive medicine and lifestyle health.

🕒 At 3:00 PM, Dr. Anika, 2nd Semester PG Scholar, Department of Swasthavritta, presented her Pathya on Chanak Yusha — an Ayurvedic recipe, rich in protein, calcium, and essential nutrients. The addition of Śuṇṭhi (dry ginger), Jīraka (cumin), Saindhava (rock salt), and Ghṛta (ghee) enhances its digestive, nourishing, and strength-promoting qualities, making it a wholesome dietary preparation. 🌿🥣

🕓 At 4:00 PM, Dr. Anusha Sharma, 2nd Semester PG Scholar, Department of Swasthavritta, delivered a seminar on “Nicotine Withdrawal, To***co Control Strategies, and India’s Legal Framework: NTCP & COTPA.”
The session discussed the key provisions, challenges, gaps, and possible solutions related to to***co control and cessation in India. 🚭📘
