Common Deficiencies in Thyroid Patients :

✔️📍 Vitamin B12 :

It's known that vitamin B12 provides energy, but did you know that a deficiency in this vitamin might also cause mood swings and brain fog?
Suppose you feel sluggish, depressed, and can't remember where you put the remote.
In that case, supplementing with vitamin B12 could help. Good sources of this vitamin include green leafy vegetables , Red rice , meat etc.

✔️📍Vitamin D :

It can increase energy, improve TSH levels, reduce depression, protect from heart disease, and is anti-inflammatory.
However, many hypothyroid patients are deficient in vitamin D. Vitamin D is called the "sunshine vitamin" for a good reason.
You may be able to get the recommended amount of this vitamin by spending 20 minutes in the sunlight twice per week! Food sources include buttermilk, salmon, fish oils, and mackerel, mushrooms , raisins can be added.

✔️📍 Hb Levels :

The low thyroid hormone levels of hypothyroidism suppress the activity of bone marrow, the tissue that makes red blood cells. That lowers the production of red blood cells and triggers anemia.
Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, Lentils, Dried fruit (raisins, apricots, prunes) can be helpful.

Remedies :

1. Start your day with soaked black raisins.(Morning)
2. 1 Glass of buttermilk (Lunch)
3. 1 cup blue pea flower tea (Evening)
4. Cardamom milk (night)
