This is not normal.

Obesity laziness അല്ല.
Self-control ഇല്ലാത്തത് കൊണ്ടുള്ള പ്രശ്നം അല്ല.
Character flaw ഒന്നുമല്ല.

It is a chronic, progressive metabolic disease.

For years we’ve told people:

“കുറച്ചു നടക്കൂ…”
“Rice കുറച്ചാൽ മതി…”
“Will power വേണം…”

But obesity is not just about food.
It’s hormones. Genetics. Sleep. Stress. Environment.
