Endodontic treatment(RCT) of Right Mandibular Canine having 2-1 configuration means that the tooth has two canals that merge into one canal and one foramen. This is a rare variation from the typical mandibular canine, which has one root and one canal. 
Prevalence
About 15% of mandibular canines have two canals. The prevalence of a second root is even less common. 
Complications
Failure to treat a mandibular canine with a 2-1 configuration can lead to post-treatment disease and other complications.
