डॉ.सूरज प्रकाश शर्मा चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट पठानकोट की ओर से अध्यक्ष अलका महंत के नेतृत्व में ट्रस्ट पदाधिकारियों द्वारा डॉक्टर नितिन गुप्ता आई केयर सेंटर अस्पताल में जाकर 9 लोगों की आंखों का निरीक्षण करवाया गया, जिनमें से 5 रोगियों की आंखों के ऑपरेशन नेत्र रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ नितिन गुप्ता द्वारा किये गए।
इस अवसर पर जाने-माने समाज सेवक हरिप्रसाद मुख्य मेहमान के तौर पर आयोजन में शामिल हुए, जबकि मानव अधिकार कार्यकर्ता गजल गुप्ता विशेष अतिथि के तौर पर पधारीं। ट्रस्ट के चेयरमैन डॉक्टर सूर्य प्रकाश शर्मा ने उपस्थिताें को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि समाज में जरूरतमंद लोगों की सेवा करने को वह ईश्वर द्वारा सौंपे गए दायित्व को पूरा करना समझते हैं। उन्होंने कहा ट्रस्ट की ओर से प्रतिमाह निर्धन लोगों की आंखों के ऑपरेशन निशुल्क करवाए जाते हैं, जोकि भविष्य में लगातार जारी रहेंगे। इस अवसर पर ट्रस्ट के महासचिव बी आर गुप्ता, कोषाध्यक्ष रमेश शर्मा, मीडिया प्रभारी विजय शर्मा, जनसंपर्क अधिकारी पार्थ महंत के अलावा सभी मरीज और उनके अभिभावक इस आयोजन में उपस्थित थे।

Doctors future and patients future in India :

I have studied 14-16 hrs a day .At times much more.

I have worked relentlessly for 36 hrs.

I have not slept for hours to take care of unknown people.

I have experienced the saddest moments of my life when I have lost a patient.

I have experienced happiest moments of life when I could save a gravely ill patient.

I gave up a lot of pleasures of my life to reach to this level.

I took no hesitation in cleaning the dirtiest of wounds ,stool n urine of patients.
I have put in my heart and soul into my profession.

I do not get any special concessions or support from the government.

I have a family and a right to good living too.

I take pride in being a doctor...one who is there for all irrespective of caste,class,creed,religion or status..

PLEASE DO NOT BELITTLE MY PROFESSION ...

I'm still in India to serve inspite great opportunities abroad itself shows my love and loyalty to my country....

Value it before it's too late to find good doctors in our country in future .

Already young doctors and our children are moving out of country due to mistrust on doctors in our society

and reservations in PG seats , jobs and promotions to non merit holders.

God save the health of people of this country.

What do you expect from doctors admitted to medical colleges without merit by giving huge money as fee. And admitted without merit due to reservation of seats.

Society, Government and you all made it happen and let it continue to happen.

Let all concerned people help rectify the situation in society.

Just Stop and discourage physical abuse of even the wrong doctor. Follow legal course only.

Don’t believe in hear say and rumours.

Also let all good and most doctors not allow our wrong brothers and sisters to do any wrong to anyone and follow the path of righteousness which most of us follow but due to black sheeps we all get maligned.

Let’s all Doctors share it and post it on fb and show our pain and displeasure to society .
