Just to share with u a challenging case,65 years male with chest pain for last 4 hours.. Angio shows proximal & mid Left main coronary 90-95% stenosis.dealing with left main coronary is always challenging. Emergency angioplasty was done successfully and life was saved. After 2 days EF was improved from 20%to 35-40%. With the grace of God Patient was discharged safely
