Moving forward the cycle of time, winter has knocked once again. Now, thermals and sweaters are not enough to protect against the cold weather. Cold winds increase the risk of skin losing its natural moisture, which can dull its glow as well as elasticity. In such a situation it becomes very important that we take measures that protect the moisture of our skin in abundance. There are so many fectors affecting our bodies moisture. if we talk about like some diseases as high blood sugar, high blood pressure or some kidney disorders or thyroid diseases and some other diseases and deficiencies of essential elements. our food habbits n life style also greatly affects the body moisture. If you have any diseased condition then consult your doctor. as for what you should do, drink plenty of water. the amount you should drink is between 4 - 6 glasses. the appropriate amount of water depends on individuals activity level, age, and health status. our eating habbits also affect the skin moiture. eating too much fried food, baked food or food rich in protien can reduce body moisture. Eating healthy food, seasonal fruits and engaging in light exercise will make it easier to maintain body moisture, Applying good moisturisers or natural oils like mustured oil, coconut oil,sesame oil or almond oil can help body to maintain its hydration. keeping these things in mind will make this winters a truly remarkable experience.
