A proper documentation and awareness of public regarding acceptance of contraceptive choices, nutritional advice and need dor supplementation during pregnancy and Lactation are all vital for reducing maternal and Perinatal mortality. All private institutes form a major chunk of health services. Reporting in the HEALTH MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM is important for health planning.
