Proning During Breathing Problem

According to a Ministry of Health Advisory, Proning can prove helpful when oxygen concentration goes below 94 and a patient feels problem in breathing.

As we all know, oxygen supply during Corona pandemic is abysmal. Hence, Proning (lying on abdomen on the bed) must be tried at home to overcome breathing problem.

in this process, the patient lies on the bed and keeps a pillow below the neck. One or two pillows are kept under the chest and abdomen and two under the legs. The patient is required to breathe regularly for 30 minutes.

Precautions
---------------------
1. This process should not be done within a hour of taking meal.
2. It shouldn't be done for more than 30 minutes.
3. Heart patients must not do this.
4. It's not advised for pregnant ladies.

Inhale Steam to Prevent CORONA

As we all know, Corona has acquired the status of mass killer in India. Under the impact of this pandemic, people are dying like rats because of low level of oxygen in lungs. Hospital beds are unavailable and oxygen cylinders are in short supply. Hence, at this moment, prevention appears to be the best way.

Doctors say that Corona virus hides behind paranasal sinus for 3 to 4 days before reaching lungs. When it reaches lungs, it causes breathing problem. As such, taking steam is important.

At 50°C, Covid-19 virus becomes disabled, at 60°C it becomes harmless to human immunity and at 70°C the virus dies completely. Hence, steam taking from nose as well as mouth is must for everyone during this pandemic. It should be taken, at least, twice a day for 5 minutes by working people. Inhaling steam has no side effects and neither does it cost anything.
