A one-day workshop on “Scientific Writing Workshop & Use of AI in Research Methodology” was successfully organized by the Department of Orthopaedics, IGIMS Patna on 17th May 2026 at the IGIMS Auditorium.

The workshop focused on scientific writing, research methodology, publication ethics, and ethical use of AI in medical research for postgraduate students and young researchers.

The program was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Bindey Kumar, Director-cum-Vice Chancellor, IGIMS Patna, in the presence of Prof. (Dr.) Om Kumar (Dean), Prof. (Dr.) B. P. Sinha (DDA), Prof. (Dr.) Manish Mandal (MS), and Prof. (Dr.) Ranjit Guha (Principal).

Scientific sessions were conducted by distinguished faculty members from IGIMS and AIIMS Patna. The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from delegates of various medical disciplines across Bihar medical colleges, with active involvement in discussions and hands-on sessions.
