Clear picture of "Bucket Handle tear" Of Medial meniscus causes wide range of symptoms including Locking and catching of knee, popping sensation, stiffness and pain . In this particular case removal (menisectomy) was better choice than repair due to Chronicity of injury and higher age of the patient.
