Case summary : A 65yrs male patient with history of pain over left lower part of chest since 8-9 month and recent onset of discharge of pus from same site. After examination and investigation it was found Tuberculosis of rib on left side with pus collection. Anti TB medicne was given for total 18 month, pus discharge stopped at around 11 month. 1st pic of CT scan of chest showing rib involvement. 2nd pic showing skin lesion at end of treatment…Patient kept trust and faith on us as disease took too long to get healed.
