Lekin kya aap jaante hain ki 1 CT Scan = 100–300 X-Rays ke barabar hota hai?

CT Head → 2 mSv

CT Chest → 7 mSv

Hamari general practice me ek pattern common ho gaya hai —
Doctor ne ek baar PPI (pantoprazole/omeprazole/esomeprazole) ya ranitidine de diya… aur log saalon tak roz subah lete rehte hain.
Fir acidity hote hi dusron ko bhi recommend kar dete hain.
Yahi sabse bada risk hai.

👉 Latest research bolta hai:
– Long-term PPI use kidney issues, nutrient deficiency, bone weakness aur infections se linked hai.
– Ranitidine to NDMA contamination ke kaaran ban ho chuka hai.
– Short-term theek, but long-term bina zarurat harmful ho sakta hai.

👉 Toh kya karein?
Har acidity ka matlab PPI lifetime nahi hota.
Agar aap ya ghar me koi roz pantocid, pan-D, esomac, rantac/zantac type medicines le raha hai — doctor se ek baar review jaroor karaiye.

औषधि नहीं, आहार ही सबसे पहला इलाज था।

The colonial era didn’t just change our governance—it distorted our markets, uprooted our food systems, and separated us from our civilisational wisdom.
Processed food, polished grains, and synthetic additives replaced the richness of millets, herbs, fermented staples, and seasonal eating.

लेकिन अब भारत फिर से जाग रहा है।
Bharat is reclaiming its ancient pride—and science is now proving what Ayurveda said long ago:

और अगर चरित्र भी करता है, तो सेवन वर्जित है।

🍷 क्यों पीते हैं लोग?
Relax करने के लिए

Socializing और “cool” दिखने के लिए
