I admit—i've changed the way you look at food forever. I’ve made you believe that your kitchen is your real gym and your plate is your biggest investment. And honestly, I’m not even sorry… but okay, let’s make it official.

I sincerely apologize for:

🥦 Making you realize that exercise is not optional—it’s essential.
🍲 Convincing you that the humble desi diet. is the true superfood plan.
💸 Breaking the myth that “healthy” means “expensive.”
💊 Proving that you don’t need overpriced supplements to lose weight.
🍛 Demonstrating that even dal-chawal can help you shed kilos (yes, your comfort food can be your weight-loss buddy).
📱 Fearlessly sharing nutrition videos that make you say, “Yeh toh main bhi kar sakta hoon!”
🩸 Showing that with the right diet + exercise, managing sugar levels isn’t rocket science.

So yes, i plead guilty. Guilty of simplifying health, desifying fitness, and making “wellness” feel like home.
