Whether you're vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or somewhere in between—your plate is shaped by your health, culture, beliefs, and preferences. And that deserves respect. 💚

1️⃣ Food is Personal
From medical needs to personal beliefs, everyone’s dietary choices are valid. There’s no one-size-fits-all.

2️⃣ Food is Medicine
What you eat can heal—or harm—depending on how, what, and how much you consume. Balance is everything. 🥗🍗

🌿 अजवाइन, तुलसी और अदरक का पानी

🌧️ जब मौसम बदलता है, तो शरीर भी प्रतिक्रिया करता है…

बरसात का मौसम अपनी ताज़गी और हरियाली के साथ-साथ सर्दी, खांसी, गले में खराश, बदन दर्द और वायरल इंफेक्शन्स भी साथ लाता है।

ऐसे में हम डायटीशियंस बार-बार कहते हैं—इम्युनिटी को सपोर्ट करना उतना ही ज़रूरी है जितना इलाज।

हर बार दवाओं की ओर भागना ज़रूरी नहीं होता। कई बार किचन में ही ऐसे खज़ाने होते हैं जो हमें मौसम के प्रभाव से सुरक्षित रख सकते हैं।
और इन्हीं में से एक है —
👉 अजवाइन, तुलसी और अदरक से बना हर्बल पानी।

🧪 इस हर्बल पानी में क्या है ख़ास? (Nutrition + Functional Benefits)

1. अजवाइन (Carom Seeds):

* मुख्य गुण: Anti-viral, Anti-inflammatory, Antimicrobial
* लाभ:
* गले की खराश में राहत
* पेट की गैस और सूजन को कम करना
* म्यूकस को तोड़ने में मदद

2. तुलसी (Holy Basil):
* मुख्य गुण: Adaptogen , Immunity Booster, Natural Antibiotic
* लाभ:
* खांसी-जुकाम में आराम
* शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाना
* सांस की तकलीफ़ में सहायक

3. अदरक (Ginger):
* मुख्य गुण: Anti-inflammatory, Digestive Aid ,Thermogenic
* लाभ:
* गले की जलन और सूजन में राहत
* बुखार के दौरान थकान कम करना
* शरीर को गर्म रखना

🍵 कैसे बनाएं यह औषधीय हर्बल पानी?

सामग्री:
* 1–1.5 कप पानी
* 1/2 चम्मच अजवाइन
* 6–8 तुलसी के पत्ते (धुले हुए)
* 1 इंच ताजा अदरक (कुचला हुआ)

विधि:
1. एक छोटे भगोने में पानी लें और उसमें सारी सामग्री डालें।
2. इसे मध्यम आंच पर 5–7 मिनट तक उबालें, जब तक पानी हल्का पीला या भूरा न हो जाए और खुशबू न आने लगे।
3. छानकर गुनगुना सेवन करें।
* चाहें तो स्वाद अनुसार थोड़ा शहद बाद में डाल सकते हैं (गर्म पानी में नहीं)।
* दिन में 1–2 बार पिया जा सकता है, खासकर सुबह और रात को।
* ज़्यादा मात्रा में सेवन न करें—हर घरेलू नुस्खे की अपनी सीमा होती है !
