33 weeker 1.9 kg outborn baby conceived through IVF referred on D6 of life,had severe PPHN, Rt Sided Pneumothorax, Neonatal sepsis.Survived after treatment with HFOV, iNO, Surfactant & chest drainage along with antibiotics & all supportive care. This is few cases where preterm baby survived after so many complications & getting HFOV & iNO support
