Avoid to***co/ Khaini/ Cigrate and Check your Blood sugar for a Chronic Ulcer/Wound.
Cleanliness, Good Hygiene, Limb elevation are key steps to stop the progress of chronic ulcer.
Get colour Doppler of limbs.
Surgical debridement and excision of dead tissue ( Even amputation) may also required to cure
Awareness is required to prevent the complications of Chronic Ulcer.

Large size of stone in Gall Bladder
1. Don't ignore pain abdomen.
2. Get Ultrasound of whole abdomen if pain abdomen is recurrent in nature.
3. In case of Gall Bladder Stone, consult to Doctor/Surgeon for laparoscic surgery.
4. Don't trust on non-operative management.
5. Ignorence to plan surgery may cause cancerous change in the Gall Bladder.
6. Gall Bladder cancer is a fatal disease.

Goa Review ( My Observation)
1. Best to visit in Winter.
2. Better to stay in South Goa ( Palolem is the best beach)
3. No Ola or Uber in Goa, prefer to take scooty considering heavy traffic especially in north Goa.
4. Must book good hotel preferably 4 star or tarrif of 5 to 6 thousands per day to avail basic amenities.
5. Don't accept any offer like free coupon for lunch, gift or holiday.
6. In North Goa must visit Candolim, Baga , calungute and Anjuna beach.
7 Must keep cap, sun glasses, sunprotective cream, detaining cream, medicine kit .
8 Drink liquid as maximum as possible to keep yourself hydrated.
9. Usual budget for each day is 8k for a middle class family ( hotel 5k, food 1k, travel 1k, miscellaneous 1k)
10 To explore north and South Goa, consider to stay 6 days ( 2 days in North and 4 days in south Goa) .
