There are three types of placenta accreta, a life-threatening condition that occurs when the placenta attaches too deeply into the uterine wall:
(1)Placenta accreta : The most common type, where the placenta grows into the uterine lining.
(2)Placenta increta: The placenta grows into the muscular wall of the uterus.
(3)Placenta percreta: The placenta grows through the uterine wall and can sometimes invade nearby organs, such as the bladder or colon

Two cysts in early gestational sac
Differential diagnosis
1- Double bleb sign
two cysts adjacent to each other ..one of them containing embryo
2- two yolk sac of twin pregnancy
two cysts away from each other
3- empty amnion sign ( failed pregnancy)
two sac adjacent to each other but no one containing embryo

Grades of hydronephrosis
Grade 1 : mild renal pelvis dilatation
Grade 2 : mild renal pelvis + mild calyces dilatation
Grade 3 : moderate pelvis + calyceal dilatation
Grade 4 : marked + thinning parenchyma
