Dr. Sujeet Mishra is an accomplished Ophthalmologist from Patna with focused expertise in Phacoemulsification and Glaucoma procedures. Dr. Mishra currently practices at Sunethra Eye Hospital and is available for consultation in the morning and evening hours.
Dr. Mishra is a medical student from Darbhanga Medical College & Hospital, Laheriasarai from where he received MBBS and MS (Ophthalmology) training. Furthermore, Dr. Mishra undertook training in Basic Sciences & Optics and Clinical Sciences from International Council of Ophthalmology (UK) coupled with Anterior Segment Fellowship training from Aravind Eye Hospital, Fellow all India collegium of ophthalmology in cataract and Phacoemulsification which provided him the desired clinical and surgical competency and skills. Subsequent to post graduation, Dr. Mishra served 12 long years in various premiere institutes in South India. These include Aravind Eye Hospital (Tamil Nadu), Ahalia Foundation Eye Hospital (Kerala) and Lotus Eye Care Hospital (Salem), to briefly name a few. His high volume surgical experience with regards to cataract includes a large number of cases involving SICS, Phacoemulsification (under topical anesthesia and complex situations), ICLs, Secondary IOLs and pediatric cataract that he has handled successfully. Moreover, he has performed numerous Glaucoma and Oculoplasty and Lacrimal apparatus surgeries with optimal outcomes. His expertise in laser vision correction surgeries includes anterior and posterior segment lasers.
In terms of presentations, Dr. Mishra has made his presence felt on a state, national and global platform. Additionally, Dr. Mishra has delivered CME and community outreach presentations for benefit of medical practitioners and common masses.
