🍏 Aim for 2 medium-sized fruits every day.

🍏 An apple is an example of a medium-size fruit.

🍏 Fruits will give you water, fiber, vitamins, minerals and help you satisfy any sweet cravings.

🍏 You can have the whole fruit or chop a combination of fruits in a cup.
For example:

Apple & pomegranate🍎
Apple & banana🍌
