Welcome you to my yoga classes! My name is Tripta and I’m a yoga certified instructor who is passionate about promoting well being and mindfulness with the practice of yoga. Experienced for years and a profound understanding of the connection between mind and body I aim to create a safe and supportive atmosphere for my students as they discover the yoga path. In this biography, I’ll discuss my bac
kground, experience and my teaching philosophy. I came across yoga during a time of personal development and self-discovery. It resonated with me on numerous different levels and I recognized that I was drawn to sharing the power of yoga with others. To increase my understanding and knowledge I completed formal education and completed a 200-hour yoga instructor training course at the Yoga School of Arogyam Institute. This comprehensive course equipped me with the knowledge and skills required to teach yoga safely and effectively. My style of teaching is influenced by various yoga styles that include Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. I believe in creating a practice that blends breathing awareness, dynamic movement and contemplative meditation. Each class is carefully sequenced to build strength, flexibility as well as inner peace. I am adamant that my students listen to their bodies and acknowledge their limitations while exploring their full potential. Yoga is more than an exercise in physical form, it’s a way to live living. My goal is to guide my students to an understanding of themselves, while fostering an inner peace and inner peace. I stress the importance of self-care self acceptance, and self-love. Through consistent training, I hope to help my students be a person of purpose and intention both on and off the mat. I offer several classes that are that are suitable for everyone starting from beginner to advanced students. If you’re seeking a gentle flow to relax and unwind or a vigorous vinyasa class to increase endurance and strength or a calming practice that will nourish your mind and body there is something for all. In addition to classes for groups I also provide private sessions for people who require individual guidance and assistance. I am thankful for the opportunity to share my love to yoga with you.
