Our clinic had a visit from an old female patient who was seeking a permanent solution for a tumor that had developed on her face 25 years ago. Despite previous attempts with homeopathic medicine, the tumor persisted. The main goal of the surgery was to remove the tumor while preserving the integrity of the facial nerve to prevent facial palsy or paralysis. The patient received comprehensive counseling regarding the potential consequences of the surgery. To ensure precise and accurate treatment, the surgical procedure was performed using a microscope.

After the parotid surgery, the patient experienced no difficulties in moving various parts of her face, including forehead wrinkling, eye closure, lip movement, and a normal smile without any deviation of the mouth angle. Swati, a young and intelligent girl, unfortunately lost her hearing ability just as she was about to begin her education. Despite facing difficulties in hearing and speaking, she excelled in her studies and developed a remarkable talent for learning through reading. Although cochlear implant surgery is typically recommended during infancy, we performed the procedure for Swati, who eagerly desired it despite the associated complications. Our goal was to restore her hearing so she could thrive academically. Presently, Swati is undergoing speech therapy alongside her cochlear implant journey.
