Hello everyone. At first , happy dussehra to all .

I am delighted to share a recent transformation of one of my female patient , weighing 141 kg with BMI 57 suffering from severe sleep apnea, OHS , and hypertension , low back pain with sciatica, lost 18.1 kgs in 45 days (141 kg to 122.1 kgs) at present .
