रोज मै कई लोगों से मिलता हू जो कहते है कि कोरोना चला गया - अगर हजारों साल से TB , Viral आदि नही गये है तो कोरोना भी नहीं गया है - बस रूप बदलकर नुकसान कर रहा है- दिल की बिमारी, घबराहट, सास फूलना, BP बढ़ना, kidney की परेशानी, हाथ पैर जोडो मे दर्द, कमजोरी, घबराहट, नींद की बिमारी, depression,याददाश्त कम होना,सर दर्द , लकवा मारना, sugar की गडबडी, diabetes ( मधुमेह), कब्ज, पेट की गडबडी, बाल झड़ना, चकतते होना सब इसके side effects है 🙏🙏

बिहार में पिछले कुछ महीनों में कोरोना ने अपना खूब कहर बरपाया. कई लोगों की जानें चली गयी. अब एक और बड़ी समस्या सामने आ गई है. यह समस्या है बच्चों का वायरल फीवर , जिसकी चपेट में कई बच्चे आ गए हैं।

जानिए आप अपने बच्चे को वायरल फीवर की चपेट में आने से कैसे बचा सकती हैं।
1. बार-बार हाथ धोने को कहें, बच्चा छोटा है तो आप भी बार-बार हाथ धोती रहें। खासतौर से बच्चे को छूने या खाना खिलाने से पहले।
2. बाहर जाते समय हर 20-30 मिनट में हैंड सैनिटाइजर का इस्तेमाल करें।
3. बाहर जाते समय बच्चे को फेस मास्क जरूर पहनाएं। मास्क बच्चे की फिटिंग का होना चाहिए। न बहुत छोटा और न ही बड़ा।
4.घर में आने वाला और घर से बाहर जाने वाला व्यक्ति मास्क पहनने के नियम का पालन करे।
5. खांसते या छींकते समय अपनी कोहनी या टिश्यू पेपर का इस्तेमाल करें।
6. संतुलित आहार लें और शारीरिक रूप से सक्रिय रहें।

यदि बच्चा वायरल फीवर की चेपेट में आ गया है तो क्या करें
1. वायरल फीवर आपके शरीर को सामान्य से ज्यादा गर्म कर देता है। वायरल फीवर होने पर जितना हो सके उतना पानी पीने की कोशिश करें। ताकि खोए हुए तरल पदार्थ की पूर्ति हो सके। आप बच्चे को सूप भी पी दे सकती हैं।
2. वायरल बुखार एक संकेत है कि शरीर संक्रमण से लड़ने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत कर रहा है। इसलिए, जितना हो सके बच्चे को आराम करवाएं और बाहर खेलने न दें।
3. इसके अलावा, खुद से इलाज करने या बिना डॉक्टर की सलाह के दवाई लेने से बचें, इससे स्थिति और बिगड़ सकती है।

इस आशंका के बीच की संभावित तीसरी लहर बच्चों और किशोरों को अधिक प्रभावित कर सकती है, दिल्ली और तीन राज्यों में बच्चों और वयस्कों पर किए गए एक सीरोलॉजिकल सर्वेक्षण में 2-17 वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों में 55.7 प्रतिशत, सीरोप्रीवैलंस पाया गया है. अतः यह समूह तीसरी लहर में वेरिएंट से सामना करने के लिए कमजोर नहीं है.
रिपोर्ट में यह देखा गया कि ‘बच्चों में सार्स- सीओवी-2 सीरो-पॉजिटिविटी दर अधिक और वयस्क आबादी के बराबर थी. इसलिए, अतः यह संभावना नहीं है कि कोविड-19 संस्करण द्वारा भविष्य की कोई भी तीसरी लहर दो साल या उससे अधिक उम्र के बच्चों पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालेगी.

इंसानों में होने वाले हर संक्रामक रोग का एक ख़ास मौसम होता है. जैसे सर्दियों में फ्लू और कॉमन-कोल्ड होता है, उसी तरह गर्मियों में पोलिया और वसंत के मौसम में मीज़ल्स और चिकन-पॉक्स फैलता है. चूंकि सारे संक्रामक रोग मौसम के हिसाब से बढ़ते हैं, इसलिए ये माना जा रहा है कि कोरोना भी सर्दी में बढ़ेगा.
(1) सर्दियों में तापमान गिरने से जब ह्यूमिडिटी में कमी आएगी, तब ये वायरस हवा में अधिक से अधिक समय तक मौजूद रह सकता है.
(2) ये वायरस बंद जगहों में भी तेज़ी से फैलता है. सर्दियों में लोग बंद जगहों में अधिक रहते हैं.
(3) वैक्सीन को लेकर जो अनिश्चितता बनी हुई है, उसकी वजह से सर्दियों में कोरोना के मामले बढ़ने की आशंका, चिंता की लकीरों को और गहरा कर देती है
ज़्यादातर विशेषज्ञ इस बात पर सहमत हैं कि ठंड के दिनों में कोरोना वायरस ज़्यादा परेशान करेगा.
लेकिन अब दुनिया कोरोना वायरस के बारे में पहले से अधिक जानती है और उसके पास कोरोना वायरस से लड़ने का अनुभव भी है. इसलिए तमाम दिक्कतों के बावजूद, सर्दियों में भी कोरोना से निपटा जा सकता है, ज़रूरत है तो बस ग़लतियों से सबक सीखने कीl

The World Health Organisation recommends medical masks (such as N95) for healthcare workers, elderly people, people with underlying health conditions, and people who have tested positive for the coronavirus or show symptoms.

My request to all the parents please do get your child vaccinated with Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine....This disease carries vary high mortality...Also avoid mosquito bites by all meaures u know...wear full sleeve clothes,use mosquito repellent etc
