Mosheer Alam, a committed healthcare professional and visionary in the field of nephrology, began his journey in 2000 with a Diploma in Dialysis Technology from the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). Inspired by a deep sense of service and rooted in values imparted by his saintly father, a respected Sufi Wali, Mosheer’s early life was defined by compassion, discipline, and a drive to make a difference.

With over 24 years of hands-on experience in kidney care, Mosheer Alam’s career spans various dimensions of nephrology healthcare:
• He started his career as a Dialysis Technologist, later becoming the CAPD Coordinator with BAXTER Healthcare, covering Bihar and Jharkhand.
• Worked with leading nephrology-based pharmaceutical companies, gaining deep insights into renal therapies, patient support, and healthcare systems.
• Served in Qatar’s healthcare sector, where he further refined his skills in dialysis management and patient care on an international platform.
• Trained as a Transplant Coordinator from the esteemed MOHAN Foundation, Chennai, contributing to organ donation awareness and ethical transplantation practices.
• Certified BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) practitioner, blending modern nephrology with holistic and integrative healing approaches.
• Worked extensively as a Nephrology Social Worker, counseling hundreds of CKD patients and their families, and advocating for early screening and preventive nephrology.

Entrepreneurship & Leadership:
Mosheer Alam is the Founder & Director of City Dialysis Centre, located in RK Estate, Raja Bazar, Patna. Since its inauguration on 10th April 2014 by senior medical dignitaries including Dr. U.S. Rai, Dr. Mohamid Hai, and Dr. Imtiyaz Mohsin, the centre has grown into a trusted name in quality dialysis services.
Under his leadership, the centre offers:
• Hemodialysis with RO water systems
• Free dialysis under Ayushman Bharat & other schemes
• Private and corporate insurance support
• Preventive kidney screening programs
• A unique Network Dialysis Model, connecting patients from rural areas to the nearest available dialysis units across Bihar
He also leads the Indian Kidney Health Coach Initiative, conducting awareness drives, screening camps, and training programs for kidney disease prevention.
