A female diabetic ,obese ,hypothyroid patient aged 56years ,married and wife of a doctor visited my clinic with
Agonising retrosternal chest pain of stitching nature along with extreme heaviness .It was her first experience of chest pain.
Sitting still in the chair ,remained quiet until I asked her about the suffering.
Started weeping and explained about the chest pain.she told that she felt like dying when pain increases.she feels that she will not be living anymore.she was frequently asking for water to drink.Her lips were dry.
Asking about how it started ,she talked about a bitter experience with her daughters father in law who had blamed her spoiling her daughter.
The patient was undignified and mortified by the blame and complaints started 36 hours back coinciding with that.Her doctor husband brought her early morning today from Nalanda 90 km away from Patna after an agonising night .
I prescribed her Aconite nap .I did Homoeo-drug -energy transmission through hair. The remedy was in LM 1 potency.The patient was sent for an ECG by a cardiologist .
Wonderful observation was at glance within 5 minutes .Pt told that only within two minutes ,her pain increased for a few seconds and started decreasing rapidly and in next few minutes by 80%. She proceeded for ECG and by the time her ECG done ,she was having only memory of chest pain.
ECG was not abnormal except T wave flattening probably due to obesity and hypothyroid.And then I advised the patient's attendant to keep her in observation. After 12 hours ,now,she was feeling fresh with a good sleep of 3 hours and cheerful then after.
Presentiment of death,fear of death,weeping with restlessness and fear,mortification as a precipitating factor along with increased thirst confirmed Aconite as rescue medicine which not only averted any disaster but cured her putting a smile on her lips.
Mind rules over matter.Scanning the changes in patient emotion and mind along with the modalities and finding the similimum is duty of the physician and a dutiful physician will never fail.

It was hard all these years to encounter a case of Typhoid as per the text book Typhoid-which is an abstraction of the elements common to the vast majority of people infected with Salmonella and inflamed intestines.In fact every actual case differs from this mental abstractions called Typhoid fever on its own individual fashion since no individual IS the average !

Homoeopathy's approach is finalistic and phenomenalistic rather than causalistic.Homoeopathy does not evaluate the situation -an illness,for instance- from the standpoint of "what is the causative agent,"which is the standard process of Modern medicine.
It doesn't ask what infection,what abnormal biochemistry,what changes in structure,and so forth,lies at the bottom of the disease and obviously , therefore, has to be removed .But it addresses itself to what we may call the the phenomenon of constitutional totality.It considers the wholeness of the phenomenon in descriptive rather than causalistic terms.

Recently I came across a very old female patient, bedridden since 3 months , and was supposed to be in process of recovering from an operation.She recovered from her operative cause and operative wound 30 days back.
But since 2 months she started being restless and talkative out of despair as she was unable to sit up by herself and stand without support.she never wishef to take support or mercy of others in her life.
She is preoccupied with her bowel motion, having urge all the time and afraid of defecating in bed if some one not take her to the wheelchair pan.
Now--
1--She continuously requests or asks attendant to help her to defecation pan. 2--she continuously started stating that please take her, lift her as if she desired to start walking straight away.
3--started cursing if some one hurts her sentiments . without fear that attendant son will serve her or not.
4--Now suffering from sleeplessness .And when she is not sleeping keeps on talking , moaning, pleading and talks of death and despair although never wants to die.Very much afraid of being left alone by attendant son.

I observed all these with blood pressure, blood sugar and other vital signs were normal with excellent memory.
One very peculiar observation I came across --When ever she lye down she started becoming restless and all talkativeness etc as well as restlessness of legs and body starts and when ever she is made sit up in bed she becomes surprisingly normal.
